Our Arco color 3D printers come with a large print bed size of 300*300 mm, which is the largest among color printers. Unlike other printers that offer print bed sizes of around 256*256 mm, the Arco provides an expansive print volume that allows you to print larger or multiple models simultaneously.

Equipped with Klipper firmware, Arco supports coordinated higher-speed XYZ axis movement, enabling a maximum printing speed of 600 mm/s and a maximum printing acceleration of 30,000 mm/s². This efficient movement system significantly reduces waiting times, delivering faster printing results.

Arco’s DEP (Direct Extrusion Path) technology, coupled with a high-speed extruder, minimizes the distance between the extrusion gears and the hot end. Combined with a heating nozzle capable of reaching up to 300°C, Arco enables shorter filament extrusion times, faster response speeds, and accelerated printing speeds for flexible materials.

Equipped with dual 18 mm diameter metal extruder gears from greater meshing, and a 9.5:1 reduction ratio, the Arco’s extruder provides precise control over filament feeding.

The Arco features a low center of gravity and reinforced Core-XY structure pillars, minimizing shaking and misalignment during printing for improved quality. Thickened metal stands and linear rails ensure precise XY axis movement, delivering seamless layer alignment and intricate details in the final model.

Featuring a 5*5 point system, the Arco achieves precise bed leveling, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. This meticulous calibration significantly reduces the probability of printing failures, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted printing process.

Experience the best color printing available with Arco’s proprietary PIXUP FDM Slicer, designed to seamlessly integrate with the Chroma Kit, prioritize lighter colors to minimize waste, and refine print algorithms to repurpose waste for future models.
