The delay is in no means the fault of theirs and I do feel the negative responses towards them are not deserved. I even got a “Apologies for the delay” from PostNL (our local parcel company). Received today in Finland, everything ordered was in the package. Quality is perfect, thank you! Finnish customs wanted a lot of money for importing these to Finland, but Harmattan Design answered promptly to my message and I got quickly a refund on that part, thank you also for that!

Got my two belts in the EU, Estonia. Absolutely happy with them, even better than I expected. I had to pay tax duty, but I ask the seller to reimburse this amount (about 24 EUR), he answered immediately, and once I sent the custom invoice, he refunded this sum. Honestly, If I knew beforehand what I’m responsible for custom tax, I would buy these belts anyway, as they are really nice.

Did receive my belts today and first impressions of the LEATHER & CASUAL belts are really positive. Material and build quality are as expected. Fitting the belt and installing the buckle are quick and easy (after figuring out, there were two different sizes 😀 ), adjustments work just fine.

The belt came today and I love it. For real a KS that did not turn out „meh“.
My regret is that I have not bought more.
Need to deal with the Tax issue though! Had to pay 7,34€ extra and I sincerely hope that they pay it back. I would be sad to have such a nice product and attach negative experiences like that with it.

Recieved mine today. So excited to give one of them to my brother for Christmas. Had to pay import tax and handling fee like last time I backed them, but sent a quick email to harmattan design, and they very quickly refunded that (just like last time).
